It Was Another Wonderful Salmon Night!

I couldn't live with myself if I didn't make you look at this Salmon recipe just one more time! It is so incredibly yummy! Even my picky children love it! Give it a try along with the Cucumber Dill Sauce for a fabulous summer meal!

The Best Salmon Ever!

4 pieces Salmon, rinsed and patted dry
1/4 C olive oil
2 T Sesame Oil
2 T Soy Sauce
2 T Brown Sugar
2 T Rice Wine Vinegar
2 T dijon mustard
2 Garlic cloves, mined
1 T minced ginger or 2 t ground ginger
Mix all ingredients together and pour over Salmon. Let marinate 12 hours. When ready to grill, have the following ingredients ready! Grill until almost done.

4 green onions, washed and diced thinly

Glaze
1/4 C Honey
1/2 t ground ginger
1 t Soy Sauce
1 t Sesame Oil
whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside until ready to use.

2 T Toasted Sesame Seeds

When Salmon is taken off the grill place in an oven proof dish and top with the green onions and the glaze. Broil for 4-5 minutes. Top with Sesame Seeds and broil for one more minute. Serve immediately with a Cucumber Dill sauce! You will LOVE this! I promise!


Cucumber Dill Sauce
1/2 C light sour cream
1/2 C light mayo
1 T or more, dill weed
1/2 large cucumber, peeled and diced
Mix first 3 ingredients together well. Add cucumber and chill. 
Serve with the Salmon.

    1. T is for tablespoon. Remember big T large small t small. Enjoy this I'm making it tomorrow with cucumber dill sauce.

  5. This recipe really is soooo yummy. The dipping sauce can be used for dipping veggies if you have leftovers, and works well with greek yogurt and some lemon juice/zest as a base too! Thank you for sharing!
