I see your face…there's not a thing that I would change!
LOVE these lyrics and always have! Never dreamed I'd be reminded of them during a Super Bowl game..but I was and that's ok!
I've learned to take reminders these days whenever and wherever I can get them!
Wow….we've had fun getting ready for Super Bowl Sunday!
I don't even love football but lately I've learned to love getting ready for it! I love cooking and therefore it's fun to think of things that will make everyone happy!
Granted, for my first time to EVER try making Wings it would've been nice to have my boys here as they love them! Especially Miller and his group of friends!
But when Pattie told me the recipe she was trying for Asian Wings…my heart stopped!
There is not a flavor in the whole world that I love better than that!
You can see the recipe HERE for the Asian Wings!

Of course my mind wouldn't stop at just that flavor and I made a batch of regular Buffalo Wings as well! They were all divine!
The only thing I did different for these wings was to sprinkle a little bit of kosher salt and pepper on them after tossing them in the oil and then bake them just like the others.
After an hour they were done and I tossed them in Moore's Wing Sauce that I had warmed. They were truly the best I've had! So glad to know how to do wings!

Oh, and I failed to mention that my mind had been on BBQ ribs as well!
I decided to order these from Jim N Nicks BBQ here in Birmingham! These riblets are to die for and were perfect for our Super Bowl Wings meal!

Think surgery can do that to you?
